Depends on the file format, but if it's a link to the video file directly, you can right click and then choose "save as" and save the file. Sometimes it's harder to download files from YouTube and other sites that use flash or other types of video. If that's the case, you might run into some videos that you can't save. Most of the time, you can use a cool plugin for Firefox called Video Downloader. See link below for more info and download link.

This cool plugin lets you save video onto your computer in a format that you can view or even put onto a video ipod. If you're using internet explorer, sorry, I don't think they have a version for IE, but it's free and easy to install firefox, so go do it (link below).

Right click on the title. Click Save Target As. Make note of where it saves it. Go to the file and scan it with your anti-virus. If it is clean you can RUN it or OPEN it safely.
