Some of the newer mattresses with pillowtops only have one side...because you don't have to flip it like you used to have to.

It has to have 2 sides. What you meant to say was it has only one side made to sleep on! It's the newest craze. Supposedly you dont' have to flip it. Time will tell if these are good or not.

The top is padded and not meant to turn over.
