She is at fault and he is to if he knew she was married. So don't go laying the blame on someone else if you decided to make this kind of mistake.

I think it would depend on how it happened, because it could either be the wife's fault, or both of their faults. It would solely be the wife's fault if the cheating partner didn't know about the husband, because at that point the decision is the wife's. It's her responsibility to stay faithful to her husband and ignore the passes other cute guys make on the sidelines. She should be truthful to her husband, and true to herself. It won't do any good if the wife is constantly cheating and rationalizes it after every round. But it would be both of their faults if the cheating partner knew about the husband , because when the cheating partner sees that the wife still wants to cheat on her husband, then it's his responsibility to tell the wife that she's wrong and that she needs to put her ring back on and go home where she belongs. But if he doesn't, then they both may as well be to blame.

They are BOTH equally at fault. Just as a man would be equally at fault as the woman he chooses to cheat with. It's not like they are UNAWARE that they are married you know. It is a CHOICE and the one who cheats on their marriage is responsible for making that choice.

Why would it be his fault? he didn't make any promises to be faithful to her husband. The marriage vows are between husband & wife. I think it shows the character of the person she cheated with, knowing she's married & still being with her. I wonder how they would feel about there spouse cheating, would he be as understanding about her cheating on him.

It is definitely the fault of the woman who cheated on her husband. If the wife doesnt respect her marriage enough to not cheat and let another man come in between why would the man with whom she cheats with have any respect for their marriage

That's tricky. The reason being is because nine out of ten times when a woman cheats, it is because of something they are lacking in their current relationship. It can be affection, sex, financial stability, emotional support or a combination of everything. BUT, one thing for sure, it is not the fault of the person that she cheated with. It is her fault for allowing herself to do that and if the reason being is because she is lacking something in her current relationship, she needs to sit down and communicate with her husband. She may find out that he was not aware of his short comings, or she may find out that she is tired of being in a committed relationship.

It is the fault of the person that cheated. The person that cheated made the decision to do it and it doesn't matter what the other person did. No one held a gun to the cheaters head and told them to do it.

It is the womans fault... she is married and she knew that she was so why did she go for it? She needs to grow up and take responsibilities for her own actions. As for the other guy... did he know that she was married? If so then he was in the wrong too.

Ultimately, it's the fault of the woman...she's the one who is committed to her husband, not the guy she's messing with.

It's always the FAULT of the cheater.
I think the other person is a jerk too, personally, if they know about it. But the person who has been cheated on has issues only with their spouse.
