Yes, but it's a very slow death....I am afflicted with "boredom" now as we speak, but it will take a million more years for me to die from it. It can be done, though.

That's a health question, or a psychology question. You need to develop some interests like sports, find some good books, volunteer work in your community. With the internet, myspace, free game sites you kids have a million times more stuff to pass time than I did. All I had was a black and white tv with 3 channels.

I don't think boredom is one of the 7 deadly sins, but it could fall under sloth and if you get lazy due to borebom then you might die.

I'd have placed the question in Polls & Surveys; but what does it matter?

As to your question: death from boredom.
No, not from boredom; you just kind or slide into a lethargic stupor.

But I believe you can die from a broken heart, (car, bus, plane, boat, motorcycle, ladders....) accidents, heart disease, cancer, shark and croc attacks, snake bites, brain tumors..............

Cheer up old girl; get out and so something, meet new people!

No but you could be just that bored to think that. Check a search engine for bordom and see what pops up, or go to your favorite site. There is plenty of things to do on the computer, play a game, look up something your interested in, chat with friends, make new friends, look up something that bugs you. Do a wierd search engine on something and see what you get.

Well what would happen is you become so bored that you actually find something very dangerous to do and end up killing yourself. Pretty simple. I constantly rock in chairs and every so often fall out of them...really hard.

Indirectly, yes. Boredom can make you do something that ends up killing you.

could have put it in health or society and culture.....I'm not sure but there's been studies that you decline in health if you aren't around other people enough, so I'm sure eventually you could die? I dont know
