E.coli is a common one, although it does not occur often. because flies are commonly found on feces and carcasses, they can spread bacteria infections quite easily and since E.coli is a bacteria common in the gut of many animals, it can easily be spread by flies which pick up the bacteria on their feet when feeding. But because house flies do not bite, they are not responsible for any of the serious diseases like malaria or west Nile virus, so there is no danger for that.

most diseases arent caused by the housefly. What happens is they go flying around the trash and toilet, so you know fecal matter and rotten meat.. then they land on your food and you get chunks off their feet and mouth. If I had to guess what you would get it would be things like common fevers and maybe food poisoning.

None.
The housefly is a vector, or carrier, but does not of itself cause disease. Instead, the bacteria, viruses, and other agents of infectious disease are carried by the fly, and are transferred to food, skin, or otehr surfaces where they inoculate or infect.
