DirecTV handles TFC in the states. I have a friend who used to get TFC with a bunch of other Asian channels and he had to sign up for DirecTV to continue with TFC.

you can get tfc via DirecTV but it's quite pricey depending on the package you select. an alternative to satellite is cable tv.
just call or look them up online and see if the have an international programming package that includes a filipino channel. but usually cable tv only has 1 filipino channel vs. DirecTV which has 6+ BUT you'll most like only watch TFC so cable might be a better bet for you
