sorry to say the cat is not smelly the cat owner is a lazy lucy.
tell her that the litter box could use some cleaning that your eyes are starting to tear up from the amonia smell.

A regular cat: i think you should give that cat a bath
the other cat: listen from a good friend to another i think you're hygiene is way out of control. like i don't know what's been going on in you're life but you need to clean the down below area. i'm just being concerned

When u walk in & smell it simply ask "What's that odour I smell?"
She'll have to respond in some way and hopefully it'll be the cat
that comes up in the conversation. If u can even offer to help
bathing it. It's hard but if you're a true friend u can deal with it for
1/2 an hour. She maybe so used to the smell, she doen't really
recognize the odour? Maybe it's in heat & sraying?
