Just skip school in the first place and say you're sick.

Skip as in leave school? or walk around the halls? In my school we have a principal or whomever that always walks around during classes and checks passes. If you do not have that, then it would be simple to just not go to your next class and stay somewhere.
One thing is to roam the halls. I always like to carry a nice big thick manila envelope that makes it look like I am doing a chore for a teacher or something.
If you want to actually leave school, then make sure it is when the secretary and principal's are busy and can't just happen to look out a window and see you.

Look's like you need to go to class based on your spelling. Don’t skip I completely ruined my high school career skipping. It may seem boring and a waste of time. But when you're working a dead end job you'll regret it.

Need more details. Doesn't someone (like the teacher) notice when you aren't there? Can you maybe get someone to put a crash dummy in your seat and maybe the teacher if near sighted will think it is you?
