sure, let me find some info

Okay.....
The ACT contains multiple choice tests in four areas: English, Mathematics, Reading, and Science. Each of these tests contains questions that offer either four or five answer choices from which you are to choose the correct, or best answer. The following suggestions apply to the tests in all areas.

PACE YOURSELF
The time limits set for each test give nearly everyone enough time to finish all the questions. However, because the English, Reading, and Science Tests contain considerable amout of text, it is important to pace yourself so you will not spend too much time on one passage. Try not to spend to much time on one answer, such as in the Math section.

READ DIRECTIONS
Before you begin the tests, read directions carefully. Some ask for best answer and some don't.

Next are some things that speak for themselves.

ANSWER EASY QUESTIONS FIRST.
READ EACH QUESTION CAREFULLY.
USE LOGIC IN MORE DIFFICULT QUESTIONS.
ANSWER EVERY QUESTION, EVEN IF IT IS A GUESS.
CHECK YOUR WORK.
ERASE COMPLETELY.

GOOD LUCK!

What is all of this studying stuff?

I too my ACT test over 20 years ago and I didn't study a lick. It's a test to show what knowledge you have not what your can cram at the last minute. Think about it, if you study really hard and get a great percentile then you're classes are going to be tougher than normal. I graduated high school with a 1.8 but when I left college I had 3.2 GPA.

If you want to make it tough for you that's fine but I can't see it if you don't have to.
