You need to do that at home.. You don't want people watching, that way you can take your time enjoy the flavor, savor each and every moment... cold shower anyone?

Really depends on you, cooking her a meal at home will have much more meaning than taking her out to eat, because it shows her that you enjoy doing things for her, and she will appreciate it more because you made it yourself for her.

What do you think she will like most??
I like to stay home sometimes on vday and order in food and cuddle up on the couch and watch tv/movies. I also like to go out to eat every now and then too.
You know her best - I am sure you'll choose the right thing

I am assuming you mean for Valentine's Day... Depends on the girl really. If she is laid back and low-maintenance, she will really appreciate you taking the time to cook for her, most girls think this is really romantic, and somewhat daring. If she tends to be high-maintenance she would most likely prefer dinner out.

depends who her is...
are you dating this person? is she a long term gf? etc....you didn't tell us anything....

if it's a first date take her out since you don't know how she likes her food cooked or even what foods.

if it's your gf than be a sweetie and cook for her- don't forget dessert!

Provided it's not a financial matter, if you're a good cook, you should go for it. If you're not sure, take her out.
