Sorry i can't help but i do know that lexmark repair shops are full to overfilling. For your next printer i strongly recommend Epson, they are trouble free.

I'm not familiar with lexmarks but if threes a feed button press it or turn it off for 10 minutes then switch it back on.
Check if the cartridge is inserted properly.

Try unplugging the printer, leaving it a couple of mins and starting up again, alternatively try doing a nozzle check.

orrrrr
If you have just changed the cartridge make sure it is in properly, take it out an put it in again, if you need to press a button after to accept the cartridge do that

Your question is a little difficult to read without punctuation. However, try taking the cartidge out again and check there's no bits of sticky tape still on it, then reinsert it and make sure it's fully home.

this only happens on lexmark, you must have inserted the ink then closed the lid and did not pay attention to if the computer asked you if you inserted a new ink cart.

Sounds like you've put something in there that lexmark don't like, if you put a genuine lexmark cartridge in, there will be no problem.
