I've been really wanting to ask other popular people about how they got popular in high school...if you could please my question, it would be most appreciated.. thanks

Join the school football team. This will create a cameraderie among you and your teammates and you will feel a part of something good. Or rugby as was the case with me. Be relaxed around people and don't try hard to be someone you're not. But DO NOT be led astray by others. People will like you then.

There is no "way" to become popular, but im gonna go ahead and guess someone is giving you a hard time. So next time they decide to go off in your face or something, look straight at them and once they've stopped wait a few seconds (even if they turn to walk away) and say, "Im sorry, what were you saying?". Even if they turn around and knock you sparko, the ammount of respect you just earnt will bring you more friends than being one of the "popular kids" ever will, and they may not be popular but as others have said, you probably dont wanna be friends with them anyway.
Please note however, some popular kids will always be the kind to call thier bigger brother over something like this.

I wasn't popular but had respect from most people because I kept my mouth shut and myself to myself (except when around really close friends). If life has taught me anything then it is that it is not the amount of friends that count but the type of friendships you have. Someone can have many many so called 'friends' but when push comes to shove, will they be there for you? Value those friends that remain loyal and show respect and forget about the rest. Popularity is a fallacy.

You can't become popular, it's just something that happends.
Just try to make friends with some popular people, the same way you made friends with the people you are friends with now BUT, that won't put you in the "in" crowd. I think it's best to be friends with anyone that respects you, it doesn't matter what clique they are in. :]

I don't mean to be cruel, but if your asking 'other popular people' it seems unlikely your that popular...
Be yourself. Popularity is not the bee all and end all - and life is a lot longer than just the school years.

when i was at school I always wanted to be in with the "in crowd" and be popular but when I look at some of them now and see where they are in society to where I am and thank god I never got anywhere near them.
My advice to you is if people are gonna like you let them like you for being who you are and not who you are with

i was always very popular at skool. but it didnt get me n e where!
i got on well with everyone. even the geeks i was nice 2 but i did get in trouble a lot. supose if u dont care what people think of you people will love you for that. also as that other girl said beat someone up r sumin like that works. i didnt take **** from people. had so many fight and picked on people that annoyed me. i even tterrorised the teachers, went to skool drunk and stoned.
but remember dress well.... look decent! that helps too. make an effort! u will be remembered for the one who looked like a tramp otherwise. hope this helps! good luck being popular! hay u could always sell drugs? :)

Beat up some kid in an eased fashion...
If you are feared, you are loved, and when you are loved, you can be whoever or whatever you want.
But I wouldn't advise this course of action, fights take up too much energy, and why would anybody want to be popular?
Invisible is the way forward in the education system...

you dont just become popular and trust me its not always the best thing. just be yourself and make freinds with people that you have fun with.
