I need to know where i can buy or order online a mod chip to attach/smolder onto my PS2 slim that will allow me to play back-ups of my PS2 games.

YOu would need a mod chip that is made for the ps2 slim line console if that is what you have. Alternately, you can buy a mod chip that works in every ps2 console (regardless of whether it is a slim line or the bigger blulky one) and there is a Universal mod chip for the ps2, it's the mod bo 3.0 chip. It costs less than $20.00 if you go to the site below (not endorsing the site, I bought mine there, no problems, got the chip in 7 days!)

SOny doesnt have a mod chip for their systems only microsoft does which i have an xbox and an xbox 360 there both modded up but load times take a while

The best place is on the web and you would have to buy it cheaper online. I know it for sure.
