Aero is always having a sale of some kind, but around late Feb. - early March is major sale time.
AE doesn't do them as much based on the season. In about April you might start finding some earlier spring stuff on the clearance rack. Sign up for an AE All-Access Pass & they will mail you 20% off coupons every once & a while.
Hollister, like Abercrombie & Fitch, does not have any sales. What you see is what you get, unless you find a random item from last season on clearance [a sweater in April, for example.]

Have you tried visiting the outlets? I just bought about 5 hoodies for $8.99 each.
But, I agree with everyone, the spring sale won't happen until after season.

They only do that when the clothes are out of season. So the end of spring most likely.
