my best friend thinks she's fat. I'm getting worried about her, and since she won't listen to me.. i need your help: how do i convine her she's not fat?

if's she's not fat, then show her a picture of an acual fat person i guess.

take her to america and let her see the abundance of fat people out there. Believe me im far from perfect weight, however out there i feel like a model. good self confidence boost.
On a serious note, i think its the hardest thing in the world to get women to be happy with their apperance. I know lots of girls who are very self concious about their weight and apperance, and think the best thing to do is just asure them they look fine. not really much else you can do except give her a make over and help her feel sexy

Well,you'd better let her tell you her opinion of some of your friends "are they slime,fat,.."and I'm sure she gives her opinion of a similar body ,...here we go she will say she's normal.Let's try this first because my friend was like that and when we asked a friend's mother "who is a Psycho-therapist" and she suggested what told you &it worked out.

show her a pic of sum really anorexic girl, and ask her if she wants to become like one of them. and then show her a pic of a really overweight person. then tell her that if she considers herself fat, she should look at thatt pperson and see if there is a resemblance.
