my pc wont play videos clues and itv have not yet get back to me, ive managed to get the clues up to date but now im finding that theres no sound on the phone in bob ahd vivs flat and also the transcript is for only one message and theres two there , i know that if i get the second message the clue word will be revealed , can anyone help me with the clue thanks

asda lady thanks for your help, i dint notice the cam in cafe i thought the clue was on the answerphone in flat soon as this will allow im putting you as best answer, ive not been on the forums, forums tend to confuse me
