First it will be good to know with what you took the picture.
Then transfer the image to your computer and right-click on the image and click properties and see the extension of the image.
Those 2 information are vitale to help you better.
But,.... you can try to open your picture by right-clicking on it and select from Open with, different programs that are there. One should open it probably Microsoft Photo Editor or Paint or Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

woW takews screenshots in the .tga format. The only program I have found that will deal with that for free is Irfanview. this freeware will batch convert those files to whatever other format you want I use .jpg usually.
