for junk mail...sign it put refused on it and send it back...or better still take out the pre paid envelope..leave it blank and drop it in the mail..as for the telemarketers..google the do not call list and request to be on it with the instructions there.

I think it is something like 1-888 opt out? easy to find..
I did it and love it !
No more junk mail or telemarketers calling !It take a while to stop getting it but well worth it ! â¥

Gin beat me to it on telemarketers (don't forget your mobile phone), on the junk mail and catalogs...perhaps you could call the places and ask them to remove your name. I thas worked for me in the past.

I have a friend that whenever he went to the mailbox and didn't get any mail he said, "Nobody loves me today." Junk mail isn't all that bad.
