They may look cute but the squeaking noise they make is very similar to that of a rat. I used to work near trafalger square and the squeaking was horriffic.

Yerp, had a nest of them in my garden when my dad was chopping down the tree. Was quite funny because the branch their nest was on was the only one left on there. Had to wait unmtil they flew away before teh tree could be properly hacked to death.

HI CHUCK yes i used to rear them, they are heavy balls of fluff if you likethe name for them is sqeakers and believe me they squeak it is fascinating watch them fledge though they go from a heavy chick to an agile bird overday

yes..had one as a pet for a while as my Dad blasted it's parents with a 12 bore. He was going to kill the chick too till I stopped him. It learned to fly about a week later and I let it go.

Yes, my family used to raise them. I had one as a pet his name was baldy. For some reason he had very few feathers as an adult.
