Around 9pm they went on this again and can only get access to homepage - When then click on the bit for games - This tells me need macroflash player. When I click on it to download - nothing happens!
2 questions:
1. Why has it suddenly stopped working? (I've changed no setting on my computer as I don't know how to do that)
2. Why can't I download what it's telling me to do?

Try again at least an hour later. Sometimes, downloads do not always download at first attempt. If it still will not download, check for viruses. I assume that you have an up to date anti-virus checker.
Other things that might be casuing problems are spy ware or ad ware. Do a Yahoo Search for free programs if you have not already got them.

When you click to download it does a bar appear at the top of the page? If so right click it and allow the download. More then likely that the files have been updated and you just need a new plug-in.
