it's got to be:
PG: Acie Law IV, Texas A&M
SG: Sean Singletary, Virginia
SF: Jared Dudley, Boston College
PF: Kevin Durant, Texas
C: Stephane Lasme, UMass
PG: Law IV because he is the true leader of that team, which two years ago did not have a win in big 12 play. he has lead them to the #6 spot in the country and to the top of the big 12 standings as of feb. 9th.
SG: Singletary because he is the leader of that team and is extremely clutch (ex: GW vs. duke). he is hitting 90% of his foul shots this year and is their go-to-guy in the end of games.
SF: Dudley because he came back to BC for a senior year, passing up being picked in the NBA to put BC in the front of the ACC standings as of feb. 9th. he has played every minute in every game so far for them and is a great all-around player.
PF: Durant because what else do i have to say about him that already hasn't been said. before the year started, greg oden was the hands down #1 pick in the upcoming NBA draft, but now durant could be picked ahead of him. he is hands-down the freshman of the year and could possibly be the player of the year in the NCAA.
C: Lasme because he is averaging a double-double, plus 5 blocks per game. he has had 3 triple-doubles this season, which is amazing which is most likely more than the rest of the NCAA combined. and before this season, umass has had only 1 triple double in the school's history.

WTF no one has said Alando Tucker yet? That guy has been phenminal this season and is a top 3 candidate for nation player of the year. Also it seems like a lot of you are just basing everything by stats. Stats never tell the whole story...
PG: Acie Law- Texas A&M- True leader and a great playmaker. He is great at setting up other players but can also score if needed.
SG: Alando Tucker- Wisconsin- He is a great scorer, can play great defense, and is a great rebounder for a guard. He has lead Wisconsin to arguably their best season so far in history.
SF: Kevin Durant- Texas- Probably the best player in the league. He is an incredible scorer with a great offensive arsenal. He can also rebound, block shots, play solid defense, etc. He is as clutch as they come and has shown great leadershp and maturity for his age. He is a man among boys.
PF: Al Horford- Florida- Even though Noah gets more notice this guy is the best player on the team. He is more built as a big man, can score well, and is a phenominal interior defender. He is very unselfish and will be a role player like he has shown at Florida.
C: Greg Oden- Ohio State- The most dominant big man since Tim Duncan. He has been dominating so far and has only been able to play with his left hand(he is right handed btw). He brings an incredibly big post presense especially on defense. He has it all. He is incredibly well built, is a monster at defense, passes well for his size, runs the floor well, athletic, and is developing a nice offensive game.

PG- Aaron Brooks. When he had to sit out of the washington game, the ducks floundered. they can't survive without Brooks.
SG- Chris Lofton because he's an amazing shooter.
SF- Definitely Kevin Durant. i love the way he can take over a game.
PF- Al Horford. He can provide for his team in other ways besides scoring, and doesn't mind not being the star.
C- Greg Oden. He controls the game on defense, and is virtually unstoppable on offense.

PG- Aaron Brooks, Oregon; He is the leading scorer for the Pac 10 (18.1) and is a great leader
SG- Mario Chalmers, Kansas; This combo guard can play the point but could also adapt to guarding the taller guards and is a double figures scorer, a great passer and a ball hawking defender (2.7 steals) to just 2 turnovers a game.
SF- Alando Tucker, Wisconsin; Such a load on offense (19.9) and can buckle down on defense against taller guys too
PF- Kevin Durant, Texas; Has scary skill for a player at his height and not just in scoring. Durant is also very long
C- Greg Oden, Ohio St.; Is a dominat force in the paint. Always a great asset to any team no matter what
