I cant beleive that there is only one othe contender, by all accounts it is a small outfit that runs a lottery in India.
I think Richard Branson needs tu put a bid back in again, I don't know why he didn't get it last time around....yes id do....back handers

The Government just thinks it's their piggy bank - to be broken into whenever they like - wasn't it not to replace public funding? Well that didn't last long. They wouldn't want to break up a 'beautiful friendship' like that.
