copyright infringements?

I made a short video and put it to a song that I had purchased on a cd. If I submit this video to Yahoo video is it a copyright infringement of that song? I had only made the video for myself but it is quite funny and I wanted to share it.

Technically, yes. But, nobody is going to do anything about it unless you attempt to make money off of it. Go to Yahoo! videos or You Tube. There are millions of videos that use other people's songs.

If it isn't YOUR work, it is Copyright infringement.
