My b/f plays from the time he gets home til he goes to sleep whenever that would be.His family thinks he plays to much and says it to me yet never tell him cause they play too. The game has difinitly come between us and is starting to keep him from our kids.I say he is addicted and he says it's a way to relax. But that is all he does.I use to b@*ch about it but that made it worse so I try to be quite and wait for my time with him. Then I started playing to be closer to him and that pissed him off. Now he accuses me of keeping him under my thumb for the last 9yrs and not allowing him to do what he wants. The only thing is he never wanted to do anything before and now he wants to do even less especially with me. And all this started when his siblng. gave him the pc and game. How do I help him to realize he is about to loss everything he once held sacred(me and his kids) if he doesn't start giving us more of his undivided attention and time and gives less to

As a WoW player myself I hate to say this, but it sounds like he's addicted and/or is carrying on an affair in the game (it does happen, and his behavior points to both)
You might have to make the hard choice and leave him, at least temporarily, take the kids and go to your parents or something. that should shake him up. Be prepared though for it to not go how you would like, it all depends on how far the situation has progressed.
I do applaud you for trying to play the game to be closer to him, so many WoW widows won't even consider it. (my boyfriend and I play together all the time, and share taking care of our baby too)
You might have to give him an ultimatum, you're practically a single parent now if he is letting the game control his life that much. He needs a wakeup call, and some help.

It sounds like addictive behavior. The best thing to do is to get him professional help. If he refuses help then you may need to intervene and present him with an ultimatum. Being addicted to Warcraft isn't any better than drugs or alcohol. I play WoW myself and I find myself staying up waaaaaaaay too late on occasion or not spending enough time with my wife. "Everything in moderation, even Warcraft" If he's not happy with his home life he needs to address that issue not hide in the depths of Azeroth.
