What does this mean:
Green means no spyware, no adware and no threats to your pc. All downloads testes where safe at the time.
Issue Warning:
Smily Central does contain adware and spyware - however reports that both are harmless to your system and can be removed.

It'll highlight all of the websites in a google / yahoo / msn search, green being safe, yellow being potentially annoying, and red meaning bad and full of spyware.
Once you have it search google for smileys or similar, and the safe websites should be highlighted green.
