You have to go to the county recorder's office. If Lincoln is the county in which you want to find out if a house was recently purchased you may go there, but if Lincoln is a city or town within that county you need to find the county court and eventually the recorder's office.

They have them all on file

go to your county assessment office (or website) and you should be able to look it up by the address.
