Do you mean the blogger.com websites?

It says on the 'create an account' page that it has new stuff like labels, drag & drop template editing & privacy controls. Why not click on the link below & take a tour:

If you didn't mean that - then sorry - I'm not sure what you do want to know ... unless it's the definition of a blog? In which case, then see here:
