do you still love your partner? Remember i don't know you and you don't know me, so you can be sincere. I ask this after reading a lot of answers saying there are ladies who stay married for other reasons different than love. And i am in no way judging answers, just want to know.

I must say that I am a very very lucky lady when it comes to the man I married. I love him with all of my heart. He is my best friend, and I don't think I could live without him. He's always been there for me, even before we were married. I think what helps a lot is that he's not concerned with looking "macho", and isn't afraid to be sweet and corny... which I love, and maybe he does that for that reason. I guess I could go on and on but I won't subject anyone to that... so, yes, I still love my partner.

I can't believe it. Its been 29 years. I love him more than when we started out. We had nothing. We grew together, built our life, respected each other, trusted each other, helped each other reach our goals and get through the tough times. Now we have 3 wonderful grown children, one grandson, a large group of fantastic friends, a beautiful home and are celebrating 30 years with a caribbean cruise. I think I'm the luckiest woman in the world. Advice to others: Choose well. Love is important but its not enough. Marry someone that respects you and that you can work with during the challanges that will surely come along. I wish everyone the happiness I have. PS the sex is still hot!

I am so in love with my husband. He is the sweetest and most attractive man on the face of this earth (i'm sure others would argue this). But in my eyes, we are the best thing that happened to each other. Love still remains, but it changes. Absolute physical attraction to begin with, and lots of sex. Then you get married and have kids. Love changes because priorities change and for no other reason. I still love my husband the way I did when we first met, but the love has grown respectfully, therefore, it is deeper.

How about the people who GET married for reasons other than love. My Grandmother was married 4 times and told me as I was growing up to marry for money that love wasn't all it was cracked up to be.

Yes I'm still crazy about my hubby. But I know what it's like to be in a loveless marriage. Been there, done that and I wouldn't stay married if I didn't love him.
