well, it varies from girl to girl, but here is a general list:
- makes her laugh but can be serious when needed
- cheers her up
- is always there for her (like her best friend)
- smells good (seriously!)
- a nice body is always a plus
- doesn't always just want sex (i'm serious, i Hate that in a guy)
- has similar interests
so yeah, thats covers it pretty well. i can be hard though, girls are complex and moody. (yes, i admit it!)

As for his personality & character, I like confidence, courage, humility, honesty, trustworthiness, a sense of humor, intelligence, manners, love, kindness, joy, good work ethic, talent with kids, etc etc etc! And I personally like the outgoing, athletic, and musical guys...and cowboys! ;) ;) ;)
As for looks, I love a gorgeous smile, eyes, hands, hair; I'd like him to be tall and physically fit (not overly buff), and someone who can just wrap me up in a big bear hug when I'm feeling blue.
Sorry this list is so long...I won't find a perfect guy cuz it takes a long time to achieve all those things. But still, keep at it! Be yourself, keep up good hygienic habits, and stay out of trouble.
