I know there is the equalizer, but how do you make the CD have it louder, and then you can turn THAT up with the equalizer?

If its a store bought CD, you can't.

If its a burned CD, there must be adjustments made in the equalizer of your burning progam (not all progams have that feature though)

You can't change anything on the actual disc itself. What you probably want to do is get a subwoofer and a 2.1 amp that will kick a lot of bass to the sub.

try a music creator software, i used sony acid work, sumthing like dat, u can create music there from music files and edit them, other than that get an amplifier or chek ur eq
