I like that you can have a website for free on freewebs.com but do you have to use their templates or is there a way to create your own or have a blank template? Thanks! Tell me if you need more info.

As stated you can use HTML or Javascript to produce new backgrounds but this is very advanced level HTML for most common users. I'm sure if you "Google" Html Bakground you may get some help.
However for new users it may be best to simply stick with what Freewebs offer.

Yes there is a way. I don't use freewebs. But my sis does. E-mail them for the instructions. But yes it is possible.
