I'm not sure why that would matter? You could always pull the battery out of the laptop ... no way it could charge that way -). If you are trying to prolong the life of the battery seems like that would be more trouble than it is worth and not that convenient? The slight trickle charge on the battery does slightly decrease it's life, but in the scheme of things does not have that much impact. Instead of lasting 3 years, it might only last 2 years and ten months? When you can buy replacement batteries for $75 to $100, it is only costing about $30 a year.

When the battery is fully charged, the charging circuit in the notebook is disabled.

Take it out is the only way...why would you do this?
