well if your computers are linked to a homenetwork you could
easily tranfer your files from one computer to another one.
if you don't have a home network you can use a usb flash drive

Move your my music folder to your laptop then install iTunes and do the rest.

Get a pen driver with large storage. Amazon is cheapest to get them from.
