Day and Night of businessman are as per their own mode. Your business and the family life both requires full dedication and love. Both have to be nourished with great care.
For happy married life ensure following things:1) Divide your full day in to business hours, family hrs and rest time.
2) Ensure that your business hours does not eat in to your family hrs. If any time, try to speak out with your wife and also keep her informed regarding your daily matters.
3)Give at least one hour to your baby when ever you are at home.
4)Always keep in touch with your wife when not at home and ask about your baby. Respect the relatives of your wife and keep her financially sound.
5) Once a week when the shop/office is closed, try to take her some where out along with the child and have some fun.
6) Kiss her when ever you get chance, though its a western style but practically it give lot of soothing and develops intimicy.

You have a long way to go. help your wife in the daily chores. sometimes smaller things you do are more appreciative. It can be anything from changing your babies diapers to making a tea for her. Women long for quality and not the quantity. You being a business man should be very busy and may be you have little time for your family but just a phone call from your busy schedule may do wonders. Just show her that you care and you are there whenever she needs you. Good luck friend

Take everything casual. Be free in talks and any difference of opinion can be sorted out by free talks. Don't be possessive and give freedom for your life partner's views. The age difference is only two years only and hence you should have adjustable in your exposing your emotions.

Hmmm....Let's see...
For a night in- Put the baby to bed, Order some Chinese, and make a candle-lit dinner and sit down watch a romantic movie:)

For a night out-Get a babysitter, go do something exciting ..chinese dinner perhaps, afterwards, ice skating..something to make you two bond...
go for something exciting, not a movie, because u can do that at home..dancing, skating..something that could make you two laugh!
