You mean words such that the sum of the individual letter values (where A=1, B=2, etc.) adds up to 100? I actually wrote a program a few years back that calculates words and values like this, using different values for letters, etc. So I just fired it up and got back the results in a few seconds. It found almost 1000 words. But to narrow things down a bit, I eliminated the words ending in "s". Here they are:

That depends on your definition of "words."
If by "words" you mean "strings of letters," and 26 A's would work as well as 'YYYY', this is a simple math problem.
If by "words" you have a specific dictionary or set of words in mind, these would have to be clairified before this question could be answered.
