US Attorney General Gonzales has applauded Brazil in their efforts to enforce piracy laws, dealing with the theft of intellectual property. (Music, movies, etc).

As a capitalist nation, how does America feel about legislation that will enforce laws to stop you from 'pirating' music and the like?

That statement doesn't make any sense...Legislation that will enforce laws...Laws are already there, you don't need additional legislation to enforce it, you only need the executive branch/police to enforce it.

We do have those laws and we do enforce it...Mostly it has to be initiated by the party losing money due to piracy
