I'm a fourteen year old girl. And some girls younger than I have more curvs in their legs then me. And some of them even have an @$$. My legs barely have any. And mine look like stick legs. My legs are also a little long so it looks gross. I take taekwondo, but that doesn't help. I eat alot also but that doesn't give me anything. Anyone have tips? And I don't want to get injections or anything like that.

You'll develop curvier hips and legs as you age. You're 14 - you're still growing.

Tae Kwon Do won't give you curvier legs. If anything, it'll keep you slender (but no worries - plenty of guys like skinny girls, too).

Don't worry, different girls look good to guys in differen ways. . and a lot of guys like long legs. You shouldn't be worried. Typical teenage girl (I'm just exiting my teens, I know) you'll get over it.

I know certain exercises help you gain/lose leg mass:

running (jogging for long periods of time) tends to make you thinner, while

running (sprinting), and exercising (lifting) tone your legs, they = leg thickening. I know, I seen tha track meets! :p

first every night you must squeeze the part you want to have curves. secondly for 10 mins a day you must pile hardcover books on your legs. If that doesn't work every day for 15 mins twist your legs around each other.

Your legs will curve as you get older.....don't rush to grow up before you have to. Continue to eat well and exercise a reasonable amount and don't compare yourself to anyone else
