Spend some time just with her. Truly, she loved you from the minute she heard your first heart beat. Nothing has changed.... the love has only intensified. Don't just drop off some flowers and candy and bolt ... go the whole nine yards and invest in time with Mom.

How about some chocolates and some flowers. Like red or pink roses. Chocolates are the way to a woman's heart. Including moms hearts. xoxoxo

One of the best gifts I ever received from my daughter was a jar, with filled with scrolls. Each scroll was wrapped with a ribbon, and each had a saying on it. For example.. "I love that you took time to make my lunch everyday" and saying like that.
It' doesn't cost much and really tugs at mom's heartstrings.

here's an idea hun:
wake up much earlier than she usually wakes up.
cook her a nice breakfast
make her some coffee
set up a nice place setting for where she usually eats
(make sure place setting looks like restaurant-style)
maybe have a stereo, with music in it, ready for her to click Play when she enters room
then just go back to sleep! she'll find everything when she wakes up
:D
