According to Egyptologists they were build by manual labor, using leverage and so forth. They've even demonstrated it on television specials. I believe what I see, and they showed it in detail. I've never seen an alien or anything else to make me believe alternate theories, so until I do, I will have to stick with what the scientists and engineers have said.

The most interesting thing that i have read is that the great pyramid of Giza. It is at the center of the earth's land mass. Considering that north and south America was not part of their knowledge how would they do this. perhaps they had help. Great question!

They were built as temples and/or religious sites, and often included tombs.
Space aliens are not involved.
