If you mean soil, it's a combination of eroded rocks, and decomposed plant and animal matter.

If you mean like dust around the house, it's mostly little flakes of your skin and hair, and that of any people or pets that live with you.

Dirt comes from the weathering of rocks it's called Pedogenesis. The rock breaks down and forms the soil. Check out the link for some info.

Dirt comes from all of the solid particles in the air, including rock particles, dead body cells from living things(etc.)

before life, earth was rock, gas, and water, this would have eroded them into pebble like things which grind up until you get soil, over millions of life trees, plants, animals kept adding to it, creating soil!
