I think it depends on the dress, the location of the tatts, and what they look like. I wouldn't say classy, but it doesn't have to be trashy.

It depends on what the tattoos are, where they are, and where you're going.
If you're going to a formal event, don't show it.
Tattoos from your lower-back down being in sight is considered to be inappropriate, and only the occasional leg and feet tats should be shown in a casual manner.
I've always thought that smaller shoulder blade tattoos being shown while wearing a backless shirt or dress looks nice. Just make your make-up a bit more minimal and fresh, rather than looking like a Vegas show girl.

Trashy. I have a tattoo dead center on my back and I've been looking for a wedding dress to cover it because it will look really bad.

It depends on the person and how they carry themselves. If they're a "trashy" person, they'll have a hard time looking "classy" and vice versa.

Depends on the tat(s) and where they're at. If its a little one on the ankle or something I don't see anything wrong with that. Now a flaming skull w/ snakes covering her entire back isn't a great image at a formal event.

I like tattoos but to be honest, i saw a girl wearing a pretty dress and looking beautiful and then she turned around and had all these tattoos on her back, it looked awful!!! I think it looks horrible.

woman flaunt that tattoo with type and delight. Halter tops and occasional cut back form jean placed on could do with regards to flaunting it. and of direction bikini's on the sea coast. do no longer subject relating to the hater's, merely thank them.....it incredibly is Motivation :)
