Wearing underwear and bras to bed is bad. It is not healthy. You don't need to sleep with a bra on because you have to let your boobs relax. And you shouldnt wear underwear when you sleep because the vagina needs to breath.

I positioned on a bra to mattress often times, usually at the same time as i'm sore from PMS or something. i have been doing it on and rancid on account that i grow to be your age, and that i'm 23, 5'5", with D-cups. (via how, i grow to be completely flat at the same time as i grow to be 14.) i think like it helps to carry them in and gives you them some help, even once you're flat on your again or on your part. as well, the a lot less you position on a bra, the better your breasts will sag once you're older. So i ought to signify a minimum of wearing a tank proper with a outfitted-in bra or a events bra to mattress. P.S. do not hassle, you're 14! they're going to seize up, extremely in the journey that your mom is blessed. My mom is tall and generic, and her breasts are smaller than mine. She quite requested me at the same time as i grow to be 16, "the position did you get such huge boobs?" in the journey that they are someplace on your relatives, opportunities are severe you'll have solid-sized ones too.

I tend not to wear a bra unless I'm going out, and sometimes I even go out without one ... but some women like wearing a bra that doesn't give quite as much support as a 'day bra' to bed, especially if they have large or pendulous breasts that can get 'crimped' wrong when they sleep. Wearing a bra to bed or even when you go out is a very 'personal' decision ... if you have 'tiny breasts' you may never 'need' a bra, but if you have 'larger breasts' wearing a bra even when you sleep may be more 'comfortable' ...

You can do it if you want, but I don't think they are intended to be slept in...they are really uncomfortable! But I always sleep in a cami under a big t-shirt for the support (and modesty, as my house is full of boys!). I highly recommend it...takes a little getting used to (just like a bra but easier), but it might help when we are old and have saggy boobs! :-D

I understand there is such a thing as a "sleep bra" - I think it's so the girls won't flop around and get in the way while you're sleeping.
I don't know about the "supposed to" part. I think it depends on your comfort.

wearing a bra to bed is not good because it causes cancer....i take it off every night before i go to bed.
i think some ppl wear it to sleep because they think that it would help support while ur sleeping or something.....
but it dosent help.
but bras without underwires are pretty good....but i'd rather not wear them to sleep either....

Ummm I dont think there is anything wrong with it especially if its a soft one.. Sometimes though the extra strain though of the straps driving in your shoulders can cause marking and sore shoulders...thats what happened to my friend.

wearing a bra to bed -- there is no right or wrong, it is about comfortability. if it's comfortable then wear it, if not take it off. some friends who are full breasted, they tend to wear their bras to bed.
