At the least it amounts to bullying and you should not have to put up with it. However you have to take positive action.
First calmly tell them that its offending you and ask them to stop, preferably in front of an impartial 3rd party witness.
If it continues, which it may do, keep a diary of dates, times what happend what was said. Try and do this discretly in private, but write the things down as soon as possible while your memory is still fresh.
Once you feel you have enough evidence present a copy of the diary to the management and ask them to intervene. Record the date time & outcome of the meeting in yout diary along with what was said. If this doesn't work invoke the employers grievance procedure using a copy of the diary and any notes from previous meetings as evidence. The important thing here is to take accurate notes.
If it doesn't stop in a reasonable amount of time after presenting your evidence to management and filing a grievanca, as a last resort seek legal advice, take your diary a lawyer and consider suiing your employer for failing to deal with the bullying,
Good luck

This has to be the most confused/confusing post I have ever seen.....do you work in the restaurant with these females? Are you a student at a college and the restaurant is part of the college? Why do you need a hotel unless you are sleeping in the restaurant? Who owns the restaurant and do you have other dining/employment options?
I would suggest you get your facts jotted down - who i bothering you, how and when. When you have some solid examples in writing, talk to a counselor at the college. They can direct you as to the appropriate course of action.
Good luck

If you are a student and using a college facility, take this up with the administration of the school or college. They should be aware that they have a statutory obligation to ensure your safety at the college, and the creation of a hostile environment is cause for legal action. See the principal/college President as soon as possible. You don't have to take abuse from anyone in a school or college setting.

I"M not really sure of the exact situation, but I would say that they are definitely harassing you (don't know I would term all of it sexual harassment).
I take it you are a customer in this establishment. Is there a reason why you can't go elsewhere? Do they have a supervisor that you can confront about this and force to get rid of them? Can you come in at a diffrerent time?
I mean, putting an end to it is in your hands - just stop going if nothing changes.

You might ask your boss this: If an employee is harassing another employee to the extent that the operation of the business is made less efficient, should that information come to the attention of a supervisor?
If the answer is yes, tell him, but stress the impact on the business.

No, because you make the conscience choice to keep going back. This isn't your workplace it's a public place where you don't like how you are being treated. I think the actual definition of sexual harassment is that it has to be pervasive and cause you emotion distress or fear. I don't think you have those feeling when you are not in that restaurant so you should just quit going there.

some of the things you mentioned are criminal assault. Who is in charge of the area ? these women could get the restaurant closed by the health department.
