yea no ILLEGAL drugs were found but there were perscription drugs found and they won't say what they were.here this is what it says:
Dr. Joshua Perper, the Broward County medical examiner, said no illegal drugs were found in her room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood. He would not identify the prescription drugs.
But CNN quoted an unidentified law enforcement source as saying investigators found a large amount of prescription medicine, including Valium and antibiotics, and over-the-counter cold and flu medication.
Perper said there were no pills in Smith's stomach and no other immediate indication of an overdose, but officials "do not exclude any kind of contribution of medication to the death."
Describing signs of inflammation in Smith's heart, Perper said he saw "something which looks a little bit unusual," but added, "It may be nothing."

Let's wait and see tom what the findings say.
Its either drugs or she was killed by the Marshall family or by someone who wants the $$ she may have stood to inherit.
But I find it very hard to believe that she was not on drugs. She has battled her addiction to (legal) painkillers for years.

What, are they trying to cover it up now.
She was a known user of hard drugs.
They reported that illegal drugs were found in her room.
Sounds like someone is trying to run damage control.

Something creepy about all of this. Could it have to do with the paternity check results for her 5 month old? Could it be related somehow to her son's death? I hope they find out. Strange thing.

That doesn't mean that she didn't succumb to the long-term effects of drug and alcohol abuse. My guess, however, would be that those wonderful diet pills that she pimped did her in.
