I have to check 3 or more times something that I checked a minute ago. it really bothers me and i cant understand why this happens to me. for example: before leaving the house I have to check AGAIN, that I unplugged the toaster, that I unplugged the iron, that I locked the main door etc etc. after I check the door, I walk down the stairs and still go up there once more (3rd time) to check the damn lock!
