I mean does he still care about his bro? And i have Heard people think its because he wants sasuke to kill him That just doesnt make sense!

Well yeah, he wants Sasuke to kill him. Itachi explained to him that under their temple (in the Uchiha's place in the Hidden Leaf Village) there's a scroll that tells the secret to this one stronger Sharingan. Their ancestor -- who wrote the scroll -- and Itachi were the only ones who used it before. Itachi killed their family to test his "container", and he also acted like he was a good brother for the same reason. He saw potential in Sasuke and knew that his container would also be able to use the Sharingan (and the stronger one -- dunno the name of it). But yeah. By using hatred and vengeance as Sasuke's drive, Itachi knew he would be able to obtain the new ability.

Well, I think that deep deep deep down Itachi really does love Sasuke. Some say that Itachi murdered his and Sasuke's family so Sasuke gets stronger. It doesn't really make sense, but neither does the excuse that Itachi gives "to test his ability" No one really knows what was going through Itachi's head or his intentions, but hopefully we'll find out in Naruto Part 2...

Itachi leave Sasuke because he want Sasuke to be stronger and fight with him so he could know how strong he is
well same like you I also think that it doesn't make any sense. But my brother tell me that Itachi feel disgusting on Sasuke so he leave him like that.

He didn't kill Sasuke because he still care for his brother and wants him to be as strong as Itachi so one day they could fight. I didn't get it at first but I know now why... but i don't think they have feelings for each other anymore because now that Sasuke is growing up and getting stronger.

I've only watched the anime, and from what I can tell from what he's said. He left Sasuke alive, so Sasuke could kill him later.

Naruto's dad is The Fourth Hokage who had kicked the bucket whilst he sacrificed himself to seal the 9 Tails. Yup, he's lifeless. no longer Sasuke, yet Akatsuki are the bunch who needs Naruto so as that they are able to extract the skill of the 9 Tails and use it to rule the international.
