How come every st patricks day the same drunk old bum hassles me at the bus stop?

Maybe he's not a drunk old bum on other days of the year.
Or maybe it's the only day of the year you ride the bus.
Or maybe it's the only day of the year he rides the bus because it's the only day of the year he gets drunk.

In what way does he hassle you...that it the key. If he has that special light in his eye, he's been drinking since before Valentine's trying to get up his courage....
to ask for more money to keep the drunk going!
