No sorry it cant be im from Wolverhampton and i live near him i saw him out jogging the other day. He still looks exactley the same by the way and as far as i know Slade are still touring with a new line up. Nobby Holder does those Nobbys nuts adverts

No the actor who plays Bert in eastenders is from Yorkshire or Lancaster. Dave Hill is from Wolverhampton and that black country accent is hard to disguise.
