This is a hard one. Because if you just ask him he will say NO he don't love her but his actions may say something different. I know its hard to just end things because you don't know for sure what he feels but through experience you may want to end it or at least step back for a while because if he does love her he will go back. Try to keep your feeling in check, don't fall to hard because if he does decide to go back to her you may get down on your self because you knew it may happen. This is a hard one, good luck.
