I don't have a time of the month any more, but when I did most of the time it was hiatus. I could count on one hand all the times I did it when I was having my 'time of the month'.

Many girls I have dated kept the fire burning by using toys on the outside area and/or shower fun. It is my experience that it helps it along. I have been told that after a little something-something it seems to flow more and finish quicker.
I only know what I am told about this subject.
